Manufacturing and assembly – two disciplines, one company

As a second-generation family-run company (founded in 2000), Evotec GmbH sets itself apart from pure assembly service providers: we manufacture the individual parts of your assemblies ourselves. , , machined – everything is created across our 12,000 m² of production space in Arnsberg. We then assemble the parts directly into ready-to-install units.

This integrated approach means: no transport routes between suppliers, no interface issues, and consistent quality control to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. From the technical drawing to the packaged assembly, everything is in one hand – reducing your lead times and giving you a single point of contact for your entire project.

Quality management

Certified processes for consistently high assembly quality

Our quality management system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, certified by TÜV Nord, forms the basis of all manufacturing and assembly processes at Evotec. For us, quality does not begin with the final inspection – it is an integral part of every step of the work.

Incoming goods inspection: Every raw material and every purchased part is inspected and documented on arrival. Material identification and traceability are ensured throughout.

In-process inspection: During production, our machine operators check dimensions, shapes and functional characteristics at defined intervals. Statistical process control (SPC) is applied to critical characteristics.

Final inspection: Every fully assembled unit passes through a multi-stage final inspection – dimensional inspection with calibrated measuring equipment, functional testing to customer specification, and visual inspection for surface and assembly defects.

Documentation: On request we prepare initial sample inspection reports (ISIR) to VDA or PPAP, inspection certificates to DIN EN 10204 (type 2.2, 3.1), as well as measurement reports and process capability evidence. Complaints are handled systematically using the 8D method.

Continuous improvement: Through regular internal audits, management reviews and the systematic evaluation of key figures, we continuously improve our processes – to the benefit of your assembly quality and delivery reliability.

What sets us apart as an assembly partner

01

Integrated approach

Manufacturing and assembly in one company – that is our unique selling point. The individual parts of your assembly are produced on our own presses and machining centres. This eliminates transport routes between suppliers, avoids coordination problems at interfaces, and significantly shortens the lead time from order to finished assembly. You have a single point of contact for your entire project.

02

All materials

We process steel (cold-rolled, galvanized, structural steel S235–S355), (V2A/1.4301, V4A/1.4404), (AlMg3, AlMgSi0,5, EN AW-6060), (E-Cu, Cu-ETP) and brass (CuZn37, CuZn39Pb3) in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 15 mm. Mixed-material assemblies are also standard for us – for example steel frames with aluminium add-on parts or stainless steel housings with copper contacts.

03

Quality and reliability

Certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Nord. Every assembly passes through a multi-stage inspection: dimensional control with calibrated measuring equipment, functional testing to customer specification and visual inspection. On request we deliver initial sample inspection reports, inspection certificates and process capability evidence. We document our delivery reliability and complaint rate transparently as quality metrics.
